Qualified counsellor agreement TMAF Qualified Counsellor Agreement 2026 Please read carefully before confirming your place. About this agreement This agreement is between you and the Thelma Matilda Alves Foundation (Charity Reg. No. 1192780). By accepting your place you agree to the following terms. I confirm that I will: Contact each client within three working days of receiving their details Provide each client with up to 15 sessions of counselling Submit an invoice after every 5 sessions at a rate of £90 per session Notify TMAF if there are any concerns with a client Notify TMAF of any planned absences exceeding two weeks so we can handle any client queries Adhere to my professional body's safeguarding requirements and cooperate with the TMAF Safeguarding Policy where our work intersects Handle all client data in line with UK GDPR and my professional body's guidance Not subcontract or delegate my counselling responsibilities to any other person Complete an annual evaluation at the end of each cohort Maintain ethical, professional and competent practice at all times Work in line with current law and professional policy including safeguarding legislation and the Equality Act 2010 Seek prior approval from TMAF before referencing my involvement publicly or on social media Understand that payment is conditional on receipt of a valid invoice I understand that: Either party may end this agreement with one month's written notice In serious cases TMAF may end the agreement immediately Any disputes will be resolved informally and in good faith All references to my involvement in TMAF reports and evaluations will be non-identifiable unless I have given explicit consent TMAF counselling services are only available to residents of the United Kingdom Do you confirm you have read and agree to the TMAF Counsellor Agreement above?
