    Sakshi is a Trainee Counselling Psychologist (PsychD) at the University of East London, currently in the first year of her Professional Doctorate and completing supervised placement hours.

    She holds an MSc in Developmental Psychology and Psychopathology from King’s College London and has experience supporting BME adults in a person-centred way to enhance mental health and wellbeing.

    Sakshi offers a warm, safe and empathetic therapeutic space, tailoring sessions to each person’s unique story and cultural context.

    Working from a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approach, she provides a reflective space to explore experiences in a meaningful way.

    She is particularly interested in how societal messages shape core beliefs and how greater self-knowledge can support autonomy.

    Jasleen is a Trainee Counselling Psychologist at the University of East London, completing her Professional Doctorate. Her cognitive-based approach is grounded in relational, culturally attuned practice across educational, community, and healthcare settings.

    She has supported young people with emotional, academic, and mental health challenges, including neurodivergence and complex social pressures. Her clinical training spans NHS and community placements, focusing on trauma-informed care and MDT collaboration.

    She contributed to psychoeducation with Aatma Prakash Mental Health Foundation in India, delivering mental health programmes for children, families, and educators across diverse therapeutic contexts.

    She has experience working with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, low mood, relationship challenges, and self-esteem issues across NHS and community settings.

    Nirma is particularly interested in how cultural identity and life experiences shape emotional wellbeing, and aims to help clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.

    Lisa is a Trainee Counselling Psychologist completing her doctorate at the University of East London.

    Her practice is grounded in anti-discriminatory and anti-racist values, using a relational CBT approach.

    Before beginning her clinical training, Lisa worked across the charity sector, education, and corporate organisations.

    These experiences shaped her understanding of how social, organisational, and cultural contexts influence wellbeing.
