Join us for The Pressure We Carry session in conjunction with Stress Awareness Month, an open and empowering conversation exploring how stress impacts the lives and wellbeing of Black women.
This session will unpack the cultural, social, and systemic pressures that often go unspoken and the toll they can take on both mind and body.
