Counselling Placements

We regularly offer placements for trainee and student practitioners and welcome applications throughout the year.

We accept registered student counsellors, psychotherapists and counselling psychologists who are working towards qualification and accreditation with BACP, UKCP, HCPC or BPS.

Placement eligibility

To apply for a placement, you must:

• Be a trainee or student counsellor, psychotherapist, or counselling psychologist enrolled on a Diploma, Degree, Master’s or PhD programme

• Ideally have some prior client-hour experience

• Have an external supervisor in place

• Be able to commit to seeing a minimum of three clients per week, with up to 15 hours of counselling per client
